General Policies
CONFIDENTIALITY
Tri-State CFT acknowledges the confidentiality of student records.
Access is restricted in accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy
Act. Information requested on Tri-State CFT’s forms is intended solely for Tri-State CFT. Why does
Tri-State CFT request social security numbers? Like colleges and universities, the number
is used as a consistent identifier to make sure all records, grades, and credits
are assigned and released to the proper individual. Tri-State CFT will not release any confidential
information without a student’s signed authorization.
HARASSMENT
Because Tri-State CFT believes in treating all employees with
courtesy and respect for the individual's dignity, we will not condone or tolerate
any harassment. Sexual or other harassment by any employee may be grounds for appropriate
disciplinary action, which may include termination. Harassment by students, vendors,
or other invitees will not be tolerated. Immediately notify any officer of Tri-State CFT
if an individual is subjected to or in observance of such behavior.
DISCRIMINATION CLAUSE
Tri-State CFT does not discriminate on the basis of race, color,
gender, age, and national or ethnic origin.

RETURN CHECK POLICY
All checks returned for insufficient funds are subject
to a $50.00 fee.
