Incomplete (Petition for Extension)
Students who are unable to complete course requirements by the end of a 1, 2, or 3-credit course will be given an "Incomplete" grade by the instructor.
Our formal policy is that course work must be completed within 30 days of the last class date or the "Incomplete" grade will become an "F",
however this policy is subject to approval by the instructor, student and CFT Executive Director.
Repeating a Course
Students are permitted to repeat, at full cost, any course in which they receive a grade of D, F, I, or W.
The grade that will appear on the transcript will be the one from the most recently completed course.
